Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to all our mattresses.
All Ultimate Mattresses are supplied Brand New.
In the very unlikely event, you are not completely satisfied with your Ultimate Mattress, you can return it in the first 60 days for a full refund.
If an Ultimate Mattress has been damaged in transit it can be exchanged.
If at any time between 31 and 60 Days from the date of Delivery you inform us that you would like a full refund, as long as you comply with the conditions set out below, we’ll refund your purchase price, without quibble.
The 60-Day Money Back Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
(a) You notify us by email at info@theum.co.uk that you would like to return the mattress for a full refund between 31 and 60 days after you have received delivery
(b) We’re unable to process a return earlier than 31 days from the day of Delivery as it can take this long for your body to adjust to your new mattress and for the fillings to settle.
(c) The returning mattress must be kept in perfect condition, so we always insist on the use of a mattress protector before using the mattress. For health and hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse money back if a mattress protector hasn’t been used or the product is marked or soiled.
(d) A collection charge of £75 will be applied to the Mattress or you can arrange to return the Mattress yourself to the address we will provide in our email correspondence
(e) Only one refund is available under Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee on each order.
(f) Once your mattress has been collected (or returned by you) and processed, please allow up to 7 days to receive your refund.
(g) In certain circumstances we reserve the right to send out an independent furniture technician to assess and advise on the next stage of the return process.
